Kyle Quinn, born in Okinawa, Japan, currently resides in Brooklyn, New York. He received his fine arts degree from the Art Institute of Colorado. He was an artist-in-residency through Altered Esthetics Gallery in Minneapolis, MN, participated in the Ace Air Residency - the Ace Hotel’s artist’s program and collection in New York and he was an artist-in-residency for the Mauser Foundation located in Parrita, Costa Rica. He is the owner, publisher, designer and curator for the queer publishing house RAW MEAT, first established in 2015. His practice shifts mediums between drawing, painting, design, photography and sculpture. His work has been shown both nationally and internationally, with works privately collected and kept within museum and gallery collections around the world. 

He has been published in ArtForum, Hyperallergic, Posture Magazine, i-D for Vice / VICE, Fader, Tank Magazine, Physique Pictorial and various other press outlets. His artworks have been collected and archived by the Whitney Museum of American Art Library, The Thomas J Watson Library at The Met and The Yale Private Library for his published titles, ephemera, photography and collaborative projects through RAW MEAT and as an independent artist. The Museum of Modern Art Library in New York acquired thirty two archived artist publications, books, prints and photographs and more for their private collection directly from the artist. That is available upon request via the MoMA Library Council in New York.
